Various criteria can be checked when opening, saving, or printing a file or Layout Window. These checks are particularly useful for those who print digitally. Record these preflight checks in Productivity Manager to improve your quality control and data analysis. 

This will assist in identifying any failed checks that may have been overlooked, and allow more detailed analysis of any file or print inconsistencies between AVA users.

To review the preflight checks in Productivity Manager

1. Click on the Preflight event
