As you build a colour file, you may end up with colours which are too similar, or which you simply do not want in the file. Deleting colour chips from a colour file is very easy.
To remove a colour from a colour file, do one of the following:
- drag the colour chip to the bin. If you want to delete several colour chips, hold down ⇧ (shift key) and click on the chips you want to delete, then drag them all to the bin.
- select the colour ship and go to Edit Menu > Cut
If you delete the wrong colours you can use the keyboard shortcut ⌘Z to undo the action of deleting them.
