It is often necessary to print a file which was printed earlier but this time, printing a different width, length or page range. This may happen if you have printed a sample for customer approval and now they have given you the go ahead to print yardage of this file.
To set a new print size on a spooled file
- In AVA Digital Print RIP, double click on the spooled file to be reprinted. A sheet appears where you can set the new print parameters.
- The new print size can be defined in millimetres, metres, centimetres, inches, feet and yards and the number of copies and page range required can also be set. If reversion back to the original sizes or numbers is required, simply click the Reset button.
- Click OK… and the server will start processing the file. All width, height and page changes are updated in the relevant queue window column information.
