This new feature is great for editing designs. It uses an AI model to analyse the data around your selection, then intuitively fills the selection to remove unwanted areas. This ensures continuity of lines, which makes this tool particularly powerful for removing details from woodgrains and other surfaces.

To use this intuitive new tool follow the below steps 

1.  Create a selection of the area you want to remove using any of the Selection Tools (Lasso Tool, Rectangular Selection, Magic Wand Tool, etc).    
   
2.  Go to Edit > Magic Retouch or use the shortcut CMD + Shift + ⌫. The tool will automatically fill in the area you have selected based on the pixels surrounding it.
